Using heavy oil or purified crude oil as fuel, adopting mechanical pressure atomization and fully automatic proportional control, it is applied to thermal energy equipment such as large and medium-sized boilers, heating furnaces, drying and heating equipment with high precision load control requirements.
Safe and reliable fully automatic program control
◎ Fully automatic program control operation, which can set extended pre purge and post purge times to ensure safe and reliable combustion operation control;
◎ Automatic proportional adjustment of combustion volume can be achieved based on the setting of control parameters such as temperature or pressure of the heating equipment, and external interlocking control can be conveniently achieved to ensure safe operation;
Adopting a UV ultraviolet flame detection device to achieve reliable flame detection and flameout protection, ensuring safe and stable flame combustion;
Equipped with automatic temperature control devices for gas heating and pipeline circulation preheating, and interlocked with operating programs to ensure safe ignition operation.
■ Good atomization combustion performance
High pressure atomization device suitable for high viscosity oil products such as heavy oil and crude oil, with automatic air blowing achieved through servo adjustment device; Volume adjustment to achieve good atomization combustion performance;
Equipped with a fuel preheater with automatic temperature control device, preheating the fuel to reduce viscosity and improve fuel atomization effect.
Targeted design for high viscosity fuel oils
◎ Adopting a self circulating preheating and insulation system for fuel pipelines, the unique design of the preheating and anti dripping valve ensures that the entire pipeline participates in the preheating cycle, avoiding condensation oil blocking the fuel pipeline;
Specially designed pipeline tracing and valve seat heating devices for the application of high viscosity fuel in cold areas to prevent condensation of oil from external control valve fittings;
Specially designed light oil or gas assisted ignition system to effectively avoid the occurrence of accident hazards caused by difficulty in ignition of heavy oil fuel;
The independent unit type oil supply system using a screw oil pump ensures more flexible and sufficient combustion supply demand for oil products.
Easy to maintain and repair structure
The combination assembly of nozzle and flame stabilizing device makes it easy to remove the burner for maintenance without dismantling it;
Large burners can be equipped with a sliding installation base, and the sliding push pull method makes installation, maintenance and repair very convenient;
According to requirements, non-standard length combustion simplified models can be provided to meet the size requirements of different furnace mechanisms.
