Heavy (crude) oil burners use heavy fuel oil such as heavy oil and crude oil as fuel.
The operation mode of heavy (crude) oil burner is divided into two-stage fire and proportional adjustment type.
1、Two-stage fire: There are two stages of fire output, large fire and small fire, which can be converted to run between small fire (one stage fire) and large fire (two stages fire)/off according to the control of boiler thermostat (or pressure controller).
2、Proportional: Smooth and proportional adjustment can be realized in the output range. According to the signal from the boiler temperature or pressure controller, the burner can operate at any point in the working range to keep the balance of the system input and output load, and realize the proportional adjustment of the combustion volume to meet the system requirements for high-precision load control.
Using heavy oil or purified crude oil as the fuel, it adopts mechanical pressure to be chemically controlled by fully automatic double-stage fire (large/small fire mode).
It is suitable for small and medium-sized thermal energy equipment, and can make full use of economical fuels such as fuel heavy oil or crude oil to reduce fuel costs.

◎ Fully automatic program control operation, extended pre-purge and post-purge time can be set to ensure more safety and reliability of combustion operation control;
◎ Automatic conversion of combustion volume can be realized according to the control of parameters such as equipment temperature or pressure, and external safety chain control can be easily realized;
◎ The use of light-sensitive flame monitoring device to achieve reliable accidental flame out protection function, to ensure the flame burning safety and stability;
◎ Equipped with fuel heating and pipeline circulation preheating automatic temperature control device and chain control with the operation program to ensure the safety of ignition operation.
Good atomization combustion performance
High-pressure atomization device for heavy oil, crude oil and other high-viscosity oil, automatic air volume adjustment through servo adjustment device to achieve good atomization combustion performance:
◎ Equipped with fuel preheater with automatic temperature control device to preheat fuel to reduce viscosity and improve fuel atomization effect.
◎ Targeted design for high viscosity fuel oil
◎ Adopting self-circulating preheating and heat preservation system for fuel pipeline, and the unique design of preheating and circulating anti-drip valve ensures the whole pipeline to participate in preheating cycle to avoid condensing oil from blocking fuel pipeline;
Â- Specially designed pipeline heating and valve seat heating device for high viscosity fuel oil applied in cold areas to prevent oil condensation of external valve fittings;
◎ Specially designed light oil or gas auxiliary ignition system to effectively avoid the occurrence of accidents caused by difficulties in ignition of heavy (raw) oil fuel;
◎ Independent screw oil pump for heavy oil or crude oil with high viscosity containing impurities, fully adapting to the transport characteristics of poorer oil products.
Easy maintenance structure
◎ Combined assembly of nozzle and flame stabilizing device, which can be easily removed for maintenance without removing the burner;
◎ Sliding mounting flange is adopted, and the length of the combustion cylinder can be adjusted. Non-standard length burner models or rotating rocker mounting flange models are also available upon request to meet different furnace chamber sizes and installation requirements.
