Principle of multi-channel burner:
The gas fuel is swirled outward from the gas pipe at a certain diffusion angle, and is transmitted to a considerable amount of momentum and moment of momentum by the neighboring swirling wind. It spirals forward at high speed and continues to diffuse radially, meeting the high-speed axial flow wind beam. The insertion of an axial flow wind beam further enhances the mixing of gas fuel and air (including the secondary air in the surrounding area), and can adjust the degree of flame divergence. The length and thickness of the flame can be adjusted as needed to achieve the desired flame shape. The central wind promotes the combustion of a small amount of gas and CO in the central part, making the combustion more complete and playing a stabilizing role in the flow. Due to the combustion mechanism of rotary kiln burners and the high speed of swirling and axial air, combustion is very rapid and complete.

3. The bowl shaped effect formed by the smoke hood and the absence of strong vortex at the beginning of the flame avoid the temperature peak, so that the flame temperature distribution is uniform and reasonable, which can effectively protect the kiln shell and guard board.
4. Reducing the content of CO and NOX in exhaust gas is beneficial for the safe operation and environmental protection of electric dust collection.

Introduction to the structure of multi-channel burners:
This model of burner is divided into adjustable and non adjustable cross-sectional areas at the outlet of each channel. It is composed of pipelines, nozzles, pressure measuring instruments, and protective layers.
Pipeline: It is divided into five parts from the outside to the inside, namely axial flow air duct, swirl air duct, blast furnace gas duct, coke oven coal duct, and central air duct.
Nozzle: Made of special materials, it is one of the key components to ensure the shape and lifespan of the flame.
Butterfly valve: used to regulate air volume. There are three manual butterfly valves installed on the rotary kiln burner, which are used to regulate the flow of central air, swirl air, and axial air.
Pressure measuring instrument: indirectly displays the speed of each air outlet in the burner and the pressure of gas.
Protective layer: refers to the refractory pouring layer, which is the responsibility of the user for pouring.
