1、 Biogas composition:
The main component of biogas is methane. Biogas is composed of gases such as 50% -80% methane (CH4), 20% -40% carbon dioxide (C02), 0% -5% ammonia (N2), less than 1% hydrogen (H2), less than 0.4% oxygen, gas (O2), and 0.1% -3% hydrogen sulfide (H2S). Due to the presence of a small amount of hydrogen sulfide in biogas, the road carries a foul odor. Its characteristics are similar to natural gas. If the air contains 8 6-20.8% (by volume) of biogas, it will form an explosive mixture of gases.
The main component of biogas, methane, is an ideal gas fuel. It is colorless and odorless, and will burn when mixed with an appropriate amount of air. The calorific value of pure methane per cubic meter is
34000 kilojoules, with a calorific value of approximately 20800-23600 kilojoules per cubic meter of biogas (equivalent to 4900-5600 kcal/cubic meter). That is, after 1 cubic meter of biogas is completely burned, it can produce heat equivalent to 0.7kg anthracite. Compared with other gases, it has better explosion resistance and is a good clean fuel.
2、 Characteristics of biogas burner:
1. 40% solar term: This type of burner mixes air and gas evenly, burns fully, and reduces gas consumption.
2. Automatic control function: achieving automatic ignition function, high-power biogas and biomass gas burners are equipped with ignition burners, which can achieve automatic ignition, flame detection, and automatic temperature control.
3. Long service life, generally 3-5 years without replacement. Made of high-temperature resistant stainless steel material and processed through special processes, it greatly extends the service life of the burner.
4. Due to comprehensive issues such as biogas fuel pressure, combustible gas concentration, and poor cleanliness, non-standard production can be carried out according to the user's equipment situation.
5. Technical parameters of biogas burner: biogas consumption/hour for supporting equipment, effective size of gas equipment furnace, maximum operating temperature, heating rate, heating process requirements, supporting control system requirements, etc., to be determined separately.
