1、 Characteristics of liquefied petroleum gas:
Liquefied petroleum gas is composed of hydrocarbons, mainly consisting of propane, butane, and other alkanes or olefins. If the combined percentage of propane and butane exceeds 60%, it cannot be called liquefied petroleum gas. Combustible hydrocarbon gases will enter the burner through pipelines and ignite, forming a light blue flame, generating a large amount of heat during the combustion process. And the firepower can be adjusted as needed to ensure safe use.
2、 Characteristics of liquefied gas burner:
In response to the characteristics of liquefied petroleum gas, batch production of liquefied petroleum gas burners, design and manufacture liquefied petroleum gas industrial furnaces: forging heating furnaces, mold shell roasting furnaces, aluminum melting furnaces, small steel rolling heating furnaces, old sand roasting furnaces, drying machine hot air furnaces, etc. The selection of liquefied petroleum gas burners must be accompanied by a liquefied petroleum gas gasification device to facilitate the full combustion of liquefied petroleum gas and ensure safe use.
Characteristics of liquefied gas burner:
1. Advanced structure. The structure design of the flame stabilizing disc allows for sufficient mixing of liquefied petroleum gas and air, achieving energy-saving effects.
2. The liquefied gas burner is used in conjunction with the vaporization furnace. After being depressurized, the liquefied petroleum gas is transported through pipelines to the liquefied gas burner and sprayed into the furnace for combustion, achieving the expected effect.
3. The liquefied gas burner must be equipped with a dedicated gas control cabinet to achieve automatic ignition, flameout alarm, safety cutoff, and leakage alarm cutoff functions.
4. Under certain conditions, liquefied gas burners can replace natural gas burners to cope with gas shortages. The power of liquefied gas burners can be customized from 100000 to 500000 kcal.
