Fully automatic single/dual stage fire control using heavy oil or natural gas (NG, LNG) as the power fuel.
Two types of fuel can be freely switched
Provide a fuel selection and switching switch, which can quickly achieve free conversion between two types of fuels through simple switching operations.
Fully automatic program control
Whether it is fuel or gas, it operates fully automatically under program control, ensuring the safety and reliability of combustion operation control;
Ion sensing+photosensitive or ultraviolet flame monitoring devices achieve reliable accidental flameout protection, ensuring safe and stable combustion;
Equipped with gas pressure and air pressure safety protection switches, it can easily achieve external safety interlock control and achieve multiple protections.
■ Good combustion performance
A specially designed dual fuel dual purpose combustion device, with reasonable fuel atomization and gas air mixing methods to ensure full combustion;
The device is equipped with an automatic temperature control device for fuel preheater, which preheats the fuel to reduce viscosity and improve fuel atomization effect.
Targeted design for high viscosity combustion oil products
◎ Adopting a self circulating preheating and insulation system for fuel pipelines, the unique design of the preheating and anti dripping valve ensures the entire pipeline preheating and circulation, avoiding the blockage of fuel pipelines by condensate; Specially designed pipeline tracing and valve seat heating devices for high viscosity oil to completely prevent oil condensation;
Using light oil or gas assisted ignition systems for oil products with poor ignition performance to ensure safe ignition operation;
Adopting an independent unit type oil supply system, the pump can be safely stopped when using gas, making the oil supply system more flexible and safe.
Easy to maintain and repair structure
The head combustion device component can be independently disassembled and can be easily removed for maintenance without removing the burner;
