The leather oil burner uses waste lubricating oil, leather diesel oil, leather edible oil, etc. such as leather oil, leather gear oil as fuel. Suitable for occasions where a large amount of waste oil is generated, it can replace burning diesel to save costs, and can also conveniently dispose of discarded oil to avoid pollution.
Waste oil burners generally use medium atomization (air pressure atomization), which can be divided into siphon type and pressurized type according to different oil supply and mixing methods. For leather oil with low viscosity but poor ignition performance, pressure atomization with auxiliary ignition can also be used for combustion.
1. Air atomization waste oil burner: uses the siphon effect of compressed air to suck in oil, mixes with compressed air to spray atomization, and then mixes with secondary combustion air for combustion.
Generally used for burners with low combustion output.
2. Pressure atomization oil burner with auxiliary ignition: For oil with low viscosity but poor ignition performance, pressure atomization method is used for combustion, and adding auxiliary ignition function can ensure the success rate of ignition.

The ratio of atomized air volume and secondary combustion air volume can be adjusted, and the best combustion effect can be achieved through appropriate adjustment;
The medium atomization type burner is equipped with a compressed air pressure regulating device, which can achieve good atomization air supply through adjustment;
Equipped with a fuel preheater with automatic temperature control device, preheating the fuel to reduce viscosity and improve fuel atomization effect;
Adopting a sliding installation flange, the length of the combustion chamber that penetrates into the furnace can be freely adjusted;
Non standard length combustion cylinder models can be provided upon request to meet different furnace size requirements.
