The gas generator designed and manufactured by our factory is a single stage gas generator that uses a mixture of air and water vapor as the gasification agent. Its principle is reasonable, design is simple, investment is low, use is convenient and safe, operation is simple, and easy to master, so it is more suitable for small and medium-sized factories. Used for various metal heat treatment furnaces, ceramic kilns, aluminum melting furnaces, copper refining furnaces, forging furnaces, metal product heating furnaces, hot-dip galvanizing furnaces, drying furnaces, glass industries, chemical industries, ceramic industries, cables and other industries to provide gas fuel support. Innovation: 1. By developing a secondary utilization device for flue gas recovery, the equipment can achieve an air heat exchange efficiency of 200-400 ℃ when the ambient air passes through the exhaust flue gas recovery device, greatly saving fuel and improving the effective calorific value 2. By developing a new process for proportioning air and water vapor in gas generators, the thermal conversion rate is significantly improved 3.
