HT series all-in-one gas burner adopts natural gas and LPG as fuel, and is divided into single-stage fire, double-stage fire and proportional adjustment type according to the operation control mode.
1、Single-stage fire: only one section of fire output, the operation mode is on/off type. The use of single-stage fire is generally a low-power burner.
2、Double-stage fire: there are two stages of fire power, large and small fire, according to the control of the boiler thermostat (or pressure controller) to achieve a small fire (a fire) / large fire (= fire) 1 off conversion between the operation.
3, proportional adjustment type: can achieve smooth, proportional adjustment of the combustion volume in the output range. According to the signal from the equipment temperature or pressure controller, the burner can operate at any working point in the output range to keep the balance of the system input and output load and meet the system requirements for high-precision load control.
Natural gas (NG, LNG) and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) are used as fuels with fully automatic proportional regulation type control. Smooth and proportional adjustment of combustion output can be realized according to equipment load control, meeting the demand for high-precision load control.
It is used in large and medium-sized boilers, heating furnaces, drying and heating equipment, and other thermal energy equipment that require high-precision load control.
