HT series all-in-one gas burner adopts natural gas and LPG as fuel, and is divided into single-stage fire, double-stage fire and proportional adjustment type according to the operation control mode.

1、Single-stage fire: only one section of fire output, the operation mode is on/off type. The use of single-stage fire is generally a low-power burner.

2、Double-stage fire: there are two stages of fire power, large and small fire, according to the control of the boiler thermostat (or pressure controller) to achieve a small fire (a fire) / large fire (= fire) 1 off conversion between the operation.

3, proportional adjustment type: can achieve smooth, proportional adjustment of the combustion volume in the output range. According to the signal from the equipment temperature or pressure controller, the burner can operate at any working point in the output range to keep the balance of the system input and output load and meet the system requirements for high-precision load control.

Using natural gas (NG, LNG), liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) as fuel, single-stage fire full automatic switching mode control.

Suitable for small boilers, hot water furnaces, heating furnaces, hot air furnaces, paint booths, spray painting equipment, die-casting machines, drying equipment, heat treatment equipment and other small and medium-sized thermal energy equipment where the accuracy of load control (temperature, pressure, etc.) is not required to achieve simple, convenient and economical applications.

◎ The use of ion induction fire detection device to achieve accidental flame out protection function, to ensure the flame burning safety and stability;

◎ Equipped with gas pressure and air pressure safety protection switch, and can easily realize external chain control to ensure safe operation.

◎ Carefully designed airflow mixing form, fully ensure the flame burning safety and stability and full combustion;

◎ Combustion volume and combustion air volume can be set and adjusted in the output range, and output control and good combustion effect can be realized through adjustment.

Â- Combined assembly of combustion head and flame stabilizing device, without removing the burner, the internal components can be easily removed for maintenance;

◎ With the sliding installation flange, the installation length of the burner is adjustable, and non-standard length models are also available to suit different furnace chamber structures.
